Movie Review: Uncle Drew

Uncle Drew is a fun movie!! I laughed plenty and enjoyed this film. Is the acting good? Not really because these are basketball players not necessarily actors however, they do a good enough job in this movie. I grew up watching these players Shaq, Reggie Miller, Chris Webber, Nate Robison and Lisa Leslie so this film was nostalgic to me. If you’re a basketball fan you would definitely enjoy this film. My favorite character was Boots (Nate Robinson). Maybe I’m being picky but I’m getting a bit tired of Tiffany Haddish. I feel like she is in the same character in all the movies I’ve seen her in. Again I may be being picky and I may be alone in this thought. Overall this is a fun and funny film. I give it a 7.5 out of 10
